🔧 Requirements

✅ Must-Have:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Minimum 2+ years of video editing experience
Strong understanding of the type of content we create
Must have previous experience working with a creator
Excellent English communication skills
Strong time management and punctuality
Ability to collaborate and take feedback constructively
Must be currently enrolled in or have completed a graduate-level program

💡 Nice-to-Have (Plus):

Engineering background
Prior experience with competitive exams like GATE, UPSC, or IIT JEE
Understanding of Hindi

Expectations:

Creatively identify portions of videos worth turning into YouTube Shorts and clips.
Ensure each short is 55 -179 seconds long.
Clips are 8 to12 minutes long.
Add accurate subtitles (English).
Translation needed for Hindi Content.
Match the style and energy of our existing content
